One of the last meetings I atteded as the AAN/AARP Fellow was held in New York City the end of October. The purpose of the meeting was to identify opportunities and barriers to nurses’ involvement in culture change initiatives in nursing homes, advance the science of culture change, and to draft a White Paper delineating nurses’ role as clinical leaders in culture change.
